When the idea is created and improved through collaboration, the only action Idea Contributor can perform is to Send idea to approval.
The Administrator can apply different actions on the idea: Put the idea On hold, Reject idea, Archive idea, Send to Approval and Approve idea.
Once the idea is Sent to approval, the Administrator has options to Approve Idea or to Send idea to rework.
When the idea is approved, the Administrator has an additional option - Implement Idea.
Note: The actions buttons are located on the right side of the idea page view. When performing one action, you need to enter a follow-up comment to support it.
