Approve ideas In Idea Folder

IMPORTANT: Only the Administrator of the Innovation Cloud Startup can approve ideas in Idea Folders.
Within Innovation Cloud PRO solution, the Administrator and the Approver can approve ideas in Idea Folders.

Approvers can locate the ideas that are waiting for their approval in two ways:

1. Left navigation menu My tasks > Ideas waiting for approval
2. Feed view > My tasks box on the upper right corner of the screen > Ideas waiting for approval

Once you locate and enter one idea that needs to be approved, click on the action button Approve on the right side of the screen.

This action button will trigger a new pop up window where you have to add a note regarding your approval and Submit.

To locate all approved ideas: Left navigation menu > All ideas > Finished tab
